It's a bit chilly out.

Yesterday was cold. I wore a [one of my three, thanks Mom and Dad] raincoat because I thought that it was going to rain, but it only drizzled later in the day. After a good dinner with g and a and SDs, I ran around to see my OLs at their meetings. Kacey, Mitcho, and Lisa drove past me on the way home from Cobb, so I hopped on the golf cart and drove around the campus with them. It was cold.

They dropped me off a couple of blocks away from my house and I made cocoa for the SDs on cold duty (well, really popcorn duty) at the Movie on the Quad (High Fidelity. Again.) I brought my sleeping bag and a couple of blankets, but even with those it was too cold for me to stay for the entire movie. I crashed almost immediately upon entering the house.

Yesterday, JC and I also painted our kitchen. It is yellow.

Yellow is a very good kitchen color.

Funny that a was right about the cold, isn't it? She's not normally one to wimp out, and if she backs off, it's gotta be cold.

cold-blooded/-hearted.

speaking of livers—yellow is, incidentally, the most difficult colour over which to paint, requiring eight coats of white atop itself; let us hope you'll not be moving out soon....

Hm. That is bad. Well, it is a light yellow. Let us hope that it won't cause a problem. The landlord did say that we could paint whatever we wanted as long as it was pastel and we did a good job.
